About Us

Alan Fink has been painting professionally and has taught thousands of students since 1972. He is the second generation Director of the Fink School of Traditional Art in Reisterstown, MD. Alan works in a variety of styles, mostly traditional realism, but is equally skilled in contemporary, impressionistic and surrealistic genres. He is an avid practitioner of meditation, yoga, and the martial arts, hence his personal philosophy of "spiritual exploration, visual explanation".
